Separate Managers Portal
We have done this by request for some clients where they wish for their managers to only be presented with a few screens and not be able to see the rest of the Admin Portal system. We have always been able to secure access to different areas by login but in the standard configuration Managers can see the menu options available to HR (even if they cant actually see any data and use the other screens).
To make the system simpler for those managers who just want to see their screens we can mirror the screens used between the Admin Portal used by HR and a separate one made available just for your managers. This enables HR to be able to view managers screens on the main Admin Portal as well as have those screens that are just for Managers presented separately in a separate portal. Thus if you have situations where you wish a manager to have additional access to other screens such as registrations, vacancies, archive or the full set of candidate applications - all you would need to do is give them the link to the full Admin portal where they can see the expanded set of screens.
If you think a separate portal for your managers might be useful get in touch. There will be a small setup fee but running costs are marginal and there is no affect on any of your system usage allowances. The separate Managers Portal is an included option in the Career Portal Plus configuration (see later).
